About Shannon Everson

An Expert in all types of residential properties including homes in subdivisions or on land, Horse Properties,  Investment properties, vacant land, manufactured on land and short sales.  She works in Yamhill, Clackamas, Washington, Marion, Polk and Multnomah Counties and has sold properties in Deschutes and Klamath Counties as well.  Shannon was awarded the Top 5% of Agents Award for sales production in the first half of 2021 and Top 25% by HomeSnap. Back in real estate January 2023 after being an active referral agent during sabbatical in 2022.

Shannon is devoted to the needs of her Buyers and Sellers and always puts them first and she deeply cares about their happiness and future. They appreciate her integrity, communication skills and professionalism and upbeat personality.  They know she has their best interest in mind during all negotiations.

With over 9 million in sales in 2021 and over 4 million in sales in 2020 and a gross sales volume of

over 25 million since Shannon was licensed in March of 2015, you can expect success in buying or selling. A native to Oregon since Shannon was 5 years old, she knows Oregon neighborhoods well. Experienced as an Account Manager at TICOR Title for several years and spending some time working working for a debt management company negotiating real estate short sales in 2014, she earned her Broker's license in March 2015 and continued to work on a team.

Shannon and the founding Principal Broker of MORE Realty, Inc, Paul Knighton, worked together at a regional start up company 20 years ago.  She transferred her license to MORE in December of 2017.  Shannon has been exceptionally happy and blessed to be with MORE Realty, Inc, which was founded in 2015 and now has over 780 agents in 5 States including Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Nevada and South Carolina.  MORE has over 2.1 Billion in sales just in 2021.
